Refund & Return Policy

Every Noxlamp is handmade to order. Because each lamp is crafted after you order, please allow the full production and delivery time described in our Shipping Policy, typically 3 to 6 weeks for international orders, before contacting us about a late arrival.

Our 14-day guarantee

You may request a return or replacement within 14 days of delivery if your lamp arrived damaged, broken, or defective, or if you received the wrong item. The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Custom or personalized pieces.
  • Items damaged through misuse or drops after delivery.
  • Sale items marked final sale.
  • Gift cards.

Slight variations in color, bubbles, wood grain, and finish are natural characteristics of handmade resin art and are not considered defects.

Damaged or defective items

Email support@noxlamp.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a short video of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Change-of-mind returns

For non-custom items, contact us first for a return authorization. Return shipping is paid by the customer and the item must arrive back undamaged. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order changes and cancellations

You may cancel or change your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, your piece may already be in production.

Refund processing

Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
