Every Noxlamp is handmade to order and shipped worldwide with tracking. Please read the timeline below, since a handcrafted piece takes longer to reach you than a mass-produced product.

The full timeline

  • Order processing: 1 to 3 business days.
  • Handmade production and quality inspection: 10 to 15 days.
  • Shipping in transit: 7 to 21 business days for international orders.

In total, most international orders arrive within 3 to 6 weeks of ordering. We would rather make your piece properly than rush it.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Every order is sent with a tracking number, which we email to you as soon as your lamp leaves our workshop.

Shipping cost

Free worldwide shipping on orders over 150 USD. Orders below 150 USD are charged a flat shipping rate, calculated automatically at checkout.

Delivery estimates by region

  • United States and Canada: 7 to 18 business days.
  • Europe and United Kingdom: 7 to 21 business days.
  • Asia and Australia: 5 to 15 business days.
  • Rest of world: 10 to 21 business days.

Customs, duties and taxes

Import duties or taxes may be charged by your local customs office on arrival. These fees are set by your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking your order

If tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, contact us at support@noxlamp.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Parcels returned due to a wrong address can be reshipped once the reshipping cost is covered.

Lost or stuck parcels

If a tracked parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
