Products

All items are handmade to order. Small natural variations in color, bubbles, wood grain, size, and finish are expected and are part of the charm of handmade art, not defects. Colors may appear slightly different on different screens.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors even after an order is placed, and will contact you to proceed at the correct price or cancel. Payment is taken at checkout through secure third-party processors.

Orders, changes and cancellations

You may cancel or change an order within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may have started. See our Refund and Return Policy for details.

Shipping and delivery

Production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Noxlamp name, logo, text, and original images, is owned by Noxlamp and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noxlamp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Lamps are decorative lighting items and must be used according to any care and safety instructions provided.
