Held mid-hunt

A raptor cast in resin and set into a lit diorama box, low to the ground and mid-stride. The ground plane is built up in layers of tinted resin so there is real depth behind the animal rather than a painted backdrop.

Warm light from the base rakes across the sculpt and picks out the texture along the spine.

Poured, cured and finished by hand in small batches. Every piece carries its own pattern of bubbles and colour, so no two are identical.
